TERM OF SERVICE

 

  • Rates for number of credit(s) count for each letter/ notice/ agreement/ document.

  • Letter/notice/document not mentioned above, number of credits/quotation will be provided upon request.

  • Agreement/document not mentioned above, quotation will be provided upon request including but not limited to crypto platform, exchange, regulations, performing art, corporate restructure, due diligence, legal opinion, project base matter etc.

  • Negotiation with opposite party will NOT be included, credit(s) for drafting negotiation related letters can be deducted by use of credit(s) or quotation will be provided upon request.

  • All services of outdoor attendance such as document submission and stamping shall be excluded.

  • All witness or Notary services shall be excluded.

  • Any Court action or Magistrates' Courts Matter shall be excluded in our annual retainer service and quotation will be provided separately upon request.

  • All advices and support for the "Enterprise Human Resources Legal Support Service" shall be provided on demand basis, number of credit(s) will be decided and deducted upon the actual time spent for the required services.

  • "Mobile Counsel Support Service" provides year round 24/7 legal support. Credit(s) applied during normal office hours on Mon - Fri at 9 am to 6 pm (1 hour = 1 Credit). Mon - Fri at 6 pm to midnight will be charged double credits by hour. Sat - Sun and public holiday will be charged triple credits by hour.

  • All support and advices will be provided on demand basis, number of credit(s) will be decided and deducted upon the actual time spent for the required service.

  • All credits for service shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of payment settled.

  • Unused credit(s) within 12 months upon payment settled shall become invalid and forfeited.

  • Service shall not be rendered until full payment settled.

  • Offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of Chak & Associates LLP.

  • This quotation shall be valid on or before 3 March 2025. Chak & Associates LLP reserves all rights of fees adjustment thereafter.

  • Chak & Associates LLP takes the final decision on number of credit(s) counted on each assignment.

Rates for Standard Legal Letter/Notice:

  • 1 Credit: Debt claim demand, demand letter, notice of breach of contract, notice of forfeiture, termination notice, water leakage complaint and case follow up letter

  • 2 Credits: Defamation warning, negotiation letter, removal notice to social media, settlement letter

  • 3 Credits: IP Infringement cease & desist letter

Rates for Legal Agreement/Contract:

  • 2 Credits: Concise Agency Agreement, Concise Co-operation Agreement, Concise Deed of Trust, Concise Employment Agreement, Concise Founder Agreement, Concise Licensing Agreement, Concise Non-compete Agreement, Concise Non-disclosure Agreement, Concise Partnership Agreement, Concise Referral Agreement, Concise Service Agreement, Concise Shareholders Agreement and Concise Tenancy Agreement

  • 4 Credits: Concise Loan Agreement, Concise Sale & Purchase of Shares Agreement, Concise Settlement Agreement, Concise Trademark Transfer Agreement and Standard SAFE

  • 6 Credits: Distribution Agreement, Franchise Agreement, Licensing Agreement, Management Agreement, Supply Agreement and Tripartite Agreement

  • 8 Credits: Convertible Bond/Note, Debenture, Investment Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Legal Charge, Loan Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Subscription Agreement

  • Service shall not be rendered until full payment settled
