Charles Liu

Charles joined Chak & Associates LLP in 2025 and is currently in his first seat with the dispute resolution team. He earned his LLB Law and Business degree from the University of Edinburgh in 2019 and his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2025.

Before joining Chak & Associates LLP, Charles worked at a regional bank as a Management Trainee, and then as a Business Compliance Specialist, where he developed strong commercial awareness and a practical understanding of banking law, financial crime, and regulatory compliance matters.

Charles reads and writes Chinese and English, and speaks fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
