Joseph is a Partner in Chak & Associates LLP.

Before joining Chak & Associates, Joseph was a practicing physiotherapist in Hong Kong. Joseph medical related background gives him advantages in assisting our clients in health care and pharmaceuticals industry.

He also assists both plaintiffs and defendants in relation to a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate insolvency, construction disputes and employment issues.

Joseph reads and writes Chinese and English, speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
