Leveraging his extensive accounting knowledge and a sharp commercial sense honed over the years, Alexander is focused on developing his expertise in commercial dispute resolution including contractual disputes, shareholders' disputes, and insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining Chak & Associates LLP, Alexander also had the chance to assist in IPO projects, transactional and regulatory matters. These experiences have contributed to his growth and understanding in the legal field.
