人生之中能夠找到一份自己理想中的行業發展並非一件容易的事，但幸運地我找到了。

不過，理想與現實往往有段距離，因為理想的行業我找到了，但做起來就不同了。當中自己最不想與客人接觸、溝通、解答他們的問題，卻是我工作範圍的一部份，有時更為了對付一些麻煩的客人而苦惱。不過都因為自己對這行有濃厚興趣，所以我還是將自己最不想面對的事克服。而當中如能幫助到客人，就是工作中的樂趣。

另外，這間公司與之前我接觸，甚至我所識朋友的公司都很不同，活動多，如食飯，卡拉OK，行山，義工活動等，仲還有奇怪的讀書分享等等，雖然多活動，但我想這亦是大家同事工餘時間溝通、輕鬆及彼此認識的時間。

翟氏律師行是我畢業後的第一份“長工”。

要寫出對公司的感想真是有點難度，我想我會以一件事來表達―面試。

當天，心情不免有點兒緊張。首先，單是公司的街名―都爹利街，對於我這位“方向白痴”來說已很陌生。再者，當日面試是以小組形式的，這也是其次，因為還有打字這一關，相信同事們一定幻想得到當日的情形。

經過差不多足足兩個多小時的面試後，離開那一刻的心情至今我還記得很清楚，覺得那次面試沒有浪費時間。因為過程中我學到很多，特別是翟律師的“人生道理”。如“凡事應給自己定下目標，否則只會越飄越遠，毫無方向”，但相信他自己也忘記了。

“學到很多”是翟氏律師行給我的印象，無論知識、工作或待人接物方面都有所得益。例如見到法律意見、法律文件對一間公司穩健發展的重要性；也學到原來法律服務可以為這麼多元化，尤其是商業法律方面等。

而這裡的工作氣氛和同事之間的關係，相信也很難於其他公司出現。另外，我覺得翟氏律師行亦是一間着重質素的公司，無論所提供的服務，以致員工的發展也如是，例如日中提供不少培訓及活動。

希望日後公司會有更好的發展，同事們也可以不斷進步。加油！努力！

Working in Chak and Associates is a fabulous experience. The colleagues are kind and the supervisors are considerate and they are all willing to help. All these form a harmony atmosphere that you can be assured that you can concentrate on you work and need not worry any problematic office politics. You can trust your colleagues and you shall be entrusted - handle different types of litigation files independently with necessary supervision. Personally, I find myself not only grow up in the professional aspects but most importantly, I realize the importance of a balanced life -- as per the principal solicitor Mr. Chak Man Lai, he always ask us to finish work early and go home early to exercise/rest/play/take care of your family etc…. Isn't it fabulous?

在翟氏律師行工作都踏入第三年，在這裡工作給我一種開心的感覺，因為這裡就好像一個大家庭，遇到有困難，無論大家來自不同部門，大家都會齊心協力解決困難，互相幫助，將困難一一的清除。

除此之外，翟氏律師行每月都會有舉行不同的活動，好似：燒野食、看戲、打邊爐、卡拉ok…最令自己開心的是大家都有熱心做義工，去幫助一些有需要的人。而且這些活動可以令各同事與同事之間多溝通，無形中大家都建立一種友誼。

另外，這2年間，公司都有參與樂施會舉行的毅行者，這個活動要參加者3日2夜行100公里麥理浩徑，雖然這2次我都不是一個參加者，而是做支援隊伍，不過支援隊伍的角色亦都重要，因為參加者不斷行，支援隊伍就會在他們的休息地方幫他們按摩及煮食物給他們吃。這都有賴大家的合作精神，今年亦不例外繼續參與，大家要加油！！

我經歷了公司2年的變遷，由5-6人增加至20-25人，我深信未來的日子翟氏律師行會有20、30、40….
