Mr. Tan obtained BBA in 1991, majoring in accounting and finance. He is the Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and he is the Certified Tax Adviser in Hong Kong.

Over the extended experience of over 20-year assurance and commercial experience of Mr. Tan, he had been with a leading local accounting firm for Senior Auditor. Thereafter, Mr. Tan was appointed as Finance and Administration Manager in a Japanese technology company. In 1996, he became the Group Accountant of a local listed company, responsible for financial functions in region of Greater China and Southeast Asia. With regard to his expertise in the field, he assisted the Group with restructure in the course of Asian financial crisis.

Mr. Tan is currently the Head of our Commercial Department. His core practice is in consulting and strategic planning for pre-IPO activities, strategic management, merger and acquisition, special taxation cases, assisting China non-state-owned enterprises for their business expansion to the world, as well as assisting foreign investors to prepare entering into China, etc.
