Expertise

Terence has his profession in project management, quantity surveying, contract advisory and dispute resolution.

His experience covers projects of construction, redevelopment and maintenance work for governmental departments like ASD, HKHA, HKHS, HyD, TDD, WSD, CED, DSD and LCSD, public developers like MTR, KCRC, CLP and ACP, as well as private developers.

Terence is currently our Construction Consultant of our Litigation Department. He provides building consultation for cross-border project litigation and arbitration cases.
